What t shirt brand do you use?

We make our own t shirts in our own factory, and yes its sweat shop free.

Can you help with design?

Yes we offer a 1 hour free design service for customers that have paid a deposit for a production order, all other design is charged at $20 per hour.

What is your minimum order?

Our minimum order is 25 t shirts or 25 hoodies,

What is the turn around time?

From 14-45 days depending how customised your order is.

What are your artwork requirements?

We require vector based Adobe Illustrator, PDF or EPS. We can accept JPGs for CMYK printing.

Can I request a print sample?

Yes you can, however we will charge $40 per screen for quantities less than 25 units. We will then deduct the set up fees from your production order provided you order in less than 6 weeks.

Can I request a garment sample?

Garment samples are charged at the lowest quantity price plus the price of delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

Only if we have not began the production process.

Can I make changes to my order?

Yes provided we have not began production, and depending what stage we are at with your order.

Can I pay once I receive the product?

Sorry full payment must be made before we despatch your order.

What are your payment methods?

We prefer bank transfer. We will provide our bank details to you on the invoice/approval form. We can accept credit card payments through pay pal. Credit card payments will incur a 3% surcharge.

Do your prices include delivery?

No our prices do not include delivery, so check out our shipping page , the more you order the cheaper per item.
